The Cosmonom (Gr. Kosmos: Cosmos; Gr. Nomos: Law) is a Self-sustaining Center able to welcome 30 individuals in an architectural structure that reminds a Spatial Vessel or a Lunar Base. The Center built in a deserting area, is under the stars at night, with no light disturbances.
